This week we study, “For thine is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen!” This ending to the Lord’s Prayer is something we all know, but did you know it was not originally part of the scripture? If you open your Bible to Matthew 6 and your Bible is anything but the KJV then you won’t see this passage as part of the prayer! Why is this passage controversial? Why is this passage something all churches do not agree with?
This week we close out our series on the Lord’s Prayer and we celebrate Palm Sunday. We remember the beginning of Holy Week and the call of the cross. I am excited that we will be gathering at Firehouse Gastro Park to worship in their outdoor concert space. Bring a friend and join us in-person and online via Facebook Live on Sunday at 11 am.
Grace and Peace,
Travis
